Empowerment comes from detaching from a situation to look at it objectively.  We do this by not taking things too seriously while understanding the gravity of the situation. So no we are not off our rockers to approach typically depressing subjects light heartedly!

Allow your kids to be self expressed. Put on a play at home in your backyard! Pretending allows them to define their interests and exercising their mind.

  1. 1.  Invite their friends over to play;

  2. 2.  Pick a story from a book;

  3. 3.  Let them pick a character;

  4. 4.  Let them decide what the character does;

  5. 5.  Involve them in making their costumes;

  6. 6.  Suggest different settings;

  7. 7.  Suggest exciting new scenarios;

  8. 8.  You and your friends be the audience!
