1.    MAKING A PURCHASE
Purchasing items is easy - just browse through our website and click on "add to basket" any items you wish to purchase.   When you have finished selecting your items click on "View Basket" which will show you all the items you wish to purchase.  Then follow the details on screen to register as a customer or create a customer account.  Please make sure that your details are correct so that we can process your order promptly. 

2.    GUARANTEE & REFUNDS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you may return them within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the value of the goods.  In the event that you wish to return any item, please email us through our Contact page on our website within 14 days and we will contact you regarding the returns procedure.
